As an ecommerce platform the role of the marketer is to encourage, enlighten, recommend and refer users that will list their service on the platform and in return the team has planned a great incentives, benefits and rewards according to the marketer stage.

Users that list there service (as known as Listed Users) on our platform are Aluminum Fabricator, Architect, Artwork & Stonework experts, Borehole driller, Bricklayer, Carpenter, Civil Engineer, Cleaner, Electrical Engineer, Electrician, Floor stamper, Furniture expert, Horticulturist, Interlock experts, Iron Bender & Welder, Laborer, Mechanical Engineer, Painter, Plumber, POP ceiling & Screeding experts, Project manager, Roof Installer, Surveyor, Tiller, Wire & Cable Installer and any shop that sells building materials. We are one way or the other connected with the listed individual above.

Marketer Job Opportunities which are current open are in three (3) categories namely Starter, Team leader, Zonal Marketing Manager. With BUILDA your earning increases according to each stage. No stage jumping, promotion is always once in 3 months. TARGET MEETING IS NOT A MUST, IT’S ONLY NEEDED FOR MARKETERS WHO ASPIRE TO EARN MORE AND GET PROMOTION. YOU GET PAID AS YOU REFER AND CAN WITHDRAW INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT ANYTIME.

STARTER MARKETERS

This role is the starting point of any individual willing to join the team. You can work and deliver remotely. You will be trained about the in-depth benefits of our platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The role of the marketer is to encourage, enlighten, recommend and refer users that will list there service on the platform
• In other to get promotion to the next stage, the marketer target is to refer 100 listed users monthly consistently for 3 months, (90 days) using his or her referral code. It’s not a must but the target is necessary to ascertain that the marketer is dedicated and diligent as we don’t joke with those qualities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of SSCE, our team values diligence, skills and deliveries than any qualifications.
• Ability to read and write in English language
• Ability to communicate fluently in either English, Yoruba, Igbo or Hausa
• Application letter which should include marketer BUILDA REFERRAL CODE.
• Marketer means of Identification and guarantor ID

BENEFITS

TEAM LEADER

The next promotional phase is activated when a marketer reaches the goal of 300 listed users in the beginner stage. The company will issue a promotional letter to confirm this achievement. Furthermore, each team leader will be responsible for supervising 10 starter marketers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The main role of the marketer is to train, follow up and encourage the 10 starter marketers assigned.
• The team leader gets promoted whenever his or her personal referred users of the team leader gets to 1000 listed users within the next three (3) months.
• The personal monthly earning of the team leader that’s focus on getting promoted to the next stage #150 000. A total monthly earning of #225 000 before getting promoted to zonal marketing manager.
• The company fully sponsors a professional marketing course at a reputable institution for the Team Leader.

ZONAL MARKETING MANAGER (ZMM)

The zonal marketing manager is the next position after the team leader position, each ZMM will be assign 10 team leaders. The ZMM monthly target is 600 listed users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The key role of the Zonal Marketing Manager is to oversee the performance of the 10 team leaders under their supervision, ensuring that they perform effectively and report any potential challenges that the marketers may encounter.
• The Zonal Marketing Manager arranges meetings with different construction organizations that BUILDA can potentially enter into partnership agreements with, and subsequently submits a comprehensive proposal to the Chief Marketing Officer of the company for approval.
• As the monthly target for the Zonal Marketing Manager is 600, they will need to organize a conference or workshop that is fully funded and sponsored by the company to reach a larger audience.
