Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy (the “Policy”) describes how BUILDA (the “Company”, "us" or "we" or "our") collects and uses information from the website www.buildaap.com (the “Site”) and Builda's application (the "App") (together known as the "Platform"). This Policy does not apply to any of our other services unless stated otherwise. Our Privacy policy is designed to help you better understand the Company’s practices regarding the privacy of its users and how the Company uses the information provided to it by users of the Platform, or collected by it in connection with the services provided.
Our Service is available in many different countries, which may have different standards and requirements in respect of the information we provide in the Privacy Policy and how we use personal information.
Before accessing or using our services we encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully and use it to make informed decisions. By accessing and using the Platform and its' services, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of the provisions as set hereunder in this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Platform or any of its services.

1. TERMS OF USE
This Policy should be read together with the Terms of Use ("TOU") which also apply to the Platform. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein, the terms used in Privacy Policy will have the same meaning as defined in the TOU. You acknowledge and agree, that following submission of any personal information including any personal information on behalf to any affiliated third party (for example a user under the Permitted Age), you received the explicit consent of such third party, to share its personal information with the Company, for use within the specified services as described in this Privacy policy and the company’s Terms of use.
This Policy does not apply to other websites that post different statements, regardless of whether or not the Platform links to them or not.

2. NO USERS UNDER 18.
You must be 18 years old or older to use the Platform. If you are under 18, please refrain from using the Platform and/or from providing us with any information. We do not knowingly collect information from users under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 18 years old, we will use reasonable efforts to delete such information and account.

3. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT
We collect the following information so that we can provide you with our service:
- Information You Give Us. When opening your Account, you are requested to provide (at a minimum), your full name, postal address, email address, phone number, username, gender, location, age, as well as other information you directly give us on our Platform (for example, in your profile), or that you send us (including, but not limited to, information sent to us when you connect and/or interact with the Platform through other third party services or platforms, such as Facebook and Google, if your account settings on those platforms allow this). Moreover, we may collect information about your location or other information you have agreed to share with us on your mobile device location data, including imprecise location data (such as location derived from an IP address or data that indicates a city or postal code level), and, with your consent, precise location data (such as latitude/longitude data). When you visit the Platform via a native mobile application, we use, with your consent when required under applicable law, GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located in and display a relevant location map.
- Information We Collect and Get from Others. We may get information about you from other sources, for example, other users or social platforms (such as Facebook or Google), with which you connect to the Platform (if your account settings on those platforms allow this). We may also get information about you from other users of the Platform (collectively: "Users"), and anything we receive from them may be combined with information you provide us. For example, some of our services may be available through our Platform, but including the history of all transactions (if any), but the user’s mapping and phone number connected to the Digital Wallet will be deleted.
- Cookies. We may log information using "Cookies". Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your device until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Platform, for example, cookies help store your username when you login so that you don't have to insert this information every time. You can remove or block cookies from the Platform through your browser settings. You can also block cookies on most mobile devices under "settings". Please note that if you remove or reject our cookies, it could affect how our Platform works for you and/or prevent you from being able to access/use certain features.
This Privacy Policy does not cover the use of cookies by third parties, advertisers and/or partners on our Platform.

4. GOOGLE ANALYTICS & FACEBOOK PIXEL
- We may use third-party services with your use of the Platform, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to track and analyze trends and patterns in relation to users’ behavior. This data allows us to retarget our users with Facebook ads and Google Ads in the future and make our advertisements for our users as better as possible. We have no control over how this data is used by Google and Facebook.
- Google Analytics collects data that help us track and analyze our Platform traffic. The information collected by Google Analytics about the users is stored on Google's servers and is completely anonymous and does not contain the user's name or any other identifying information. In addition, the information is not intended to violate the privacy of the individual and is for the sole purpose of being created.
- Please note that Google's privacy policy is different from the Platform's privacy policy. Google's full privacy policy can be found here.
- The information that Google collects after the users of the site can be controlled. For changing the Google's tracking settings, please visit https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites?hl=iw.
- Facebook Pixel collects data that helps us track conversions from Facebook ads, optimize ads, build targeted audiences for future ads, and remarket to people who have already taken some kind of action on our Platform. The information collected by Facebook is stored and processed by Facebook, which may make a connection to your Facebook profile and which may use the data for its own advertising purposes, as stipulated in the Facebook privacy policy. 5. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.
We use your personal information to provide you with the services on our Platform and to improve your experience on our Platform. Additionally, we may use your information to:
- Operate, maintain and improve our Platform;
- Send you information including confirmations, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
- Respond to comments and/or questions and to assist you with any technical support (establish and set up your account, verify or re-issue a password), log your activity and contact you;
- Protect, investigate and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity;
- Provide and deliver products and services that you may request;
- To protect you and/or other users and prevent any use of the Platform which is unlawful or against our TOU.
- To resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems, and:
- Send you marketing emails if you agreed to these when signing up. You may ask to be unsubscribed at any time.
- Improve our customer service.
- Contact between Users and share Users contact information (e.g. name, phone number, email, or postal address) with a second User and vice versa, or with their legal or other representative, in order to facilitate:
(1) the resolution of a dispute related to or arising from an interaction between two or more Users
of the Platform; or (2) the performance of a service. This exchange of information is a mandatory part of the Platform.

6. SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.
We may share personal information as follows:
- When you provide your consent. For example, you may let us share personal information with third parties or other users. Third parties are subject to their own privacy policies.
- When we do a business deal, or negotiate a business deal, involving the sale or transfer of all or a part of our business or assets. These deals can include any merger, financing, acquisition, or bankruptcy transaction or proceeding.

For legal, protection, and safety purposes, for example:
- To comply with laws.
- To lawful requests and legal processes.
- To protect the rights and property of the Company, its agents, customers, and others. This includes enforcing our agreements, policies, and TOU.
- In an emergency. This includes protecting the safety of our employees and agents, our customers, or any person.
- With third party service providers in order to provide you with specific services and/or features. For example, if we use a third party payment application.
- We may also share general aggregated and/or anonymized data with others for their own uses. This information does not personally identify you.

7. SOCIAL SHARING FEATURES.
Our services may integrate with third party social applications and/or services such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. (the "Social Apps"). These Social Apps let you share information and actions that you take on our Platform, on the Social Apps. When you sign up to the Platform through a social media application or connect to a Social App messaging service without having a user account, the information you choose to share with us may include the basic information available on your social media profile (including your email address, status updates, your contacts, or any other information you might have shared on your public profile). We may use this information in order to provide you with the requested service, or to create a customized user experience in the App or on our Site.
Furthermore, an action you take on our Platform may be shared with your connections on your social media (i.e. Facebook) account provided your account has been set-up this way. Please check your privacy settings in your profile on the Platform (as is applicable), and the settings and privacy policies of the relevant Social Apps for more information about how they handle the data you share through them.

8. PROTECTION OF INFORMATION.
- Your personal information is protected in several ways. For example, access to your account and personal information is available only through a password and unique username/user ID selected by you (or the password and username selected on the Social App through which you logged in). Additionally, your personal information is stored on secured servers of approved third party service providers, and only selected personnel have access to.
- By creating an account, you agree to keep your password and username in strict confidence and not disclose such information to any third party. Should you feel that your password or account has been compromised, please let us know immediately.
- Although we use industry standard security measures to protect your personal information so that it is not made available to unauthorized parties, we cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from our systems will be completely secure and any information you provide is your sole responsibility and subject to this Policy and our TOU. We will retain your personal information as long as it is required to allow you to use our services, provide you with our services (including maintaining your online account if applicable), comply with the applicable laws, and resolve disputes with any party and, if necessary and allow us to conduct our business. All personal information held will be subject to this privacy statement.

9. SHARING BETWEEN USERS.
- To help facilitate interactions between Users, we may need to share certain information, including personal information, with other users, as it is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and us. After submitting a public request, certain information about you is shared with the other User, including your profile, full name, your cancellation history, and other information you agree to share. When the request is confirmed, we will disclose additional information to assist with coordinating the transaction between the users, like phone number and/or email address.
- Builda will not be responsible for any information shared between Users not through the Platform.
- Any damage caused by shared information between Users, will be the sole responsibility of the Users.

10. VIEWING AND UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION.
Editing Your Information: You have the right to access, update, and correct inaccuracies in your account. There, you can review, update, edit or delete your personal information by accessing your account or by sending us a request by email. Our databases automatically update any information you edit in your Profile under the Account. Once you delete or cancel your account, we may delete your personal information, except for information needed for ongoing issues such as outstanding payments or legal proceedings. When necessary, we may keep specific identifiable information for up to 10 years, in order to comply with the law, prevent fraud, assist with any investigation and enforce our Platform TOU. We are not responsible for deleting or updating any information on third party sites.

11. COMMUNICATIONS AND PROMOTIONS.
By signing up to our Platform, you agree to receive emails with promotional content related directly or indirectly to our services, including, for example, service suggestions and other news about products and services offered by us and our selected partners. You can opt-out of these communications at any time using the 'unsubscribe' link provided in them, or by contacting us by email, after which we will no longer send you promotional emails. We may still send you non-commercial emails which are necessary in order to provide you with the services.

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
You are not legally obligated to provide us with personal information and you acknowledge that the submission of your personal information is of your own free will. By using our services, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy and the collection, processing and sharing of your personal information for the purpose of providing the services herein. This Policy may be changed occasionally. If we make any substantial changes, we may notify you by sending you an e-mail to the last e-mail address you provided, and/or by posting notice of the changes on our Platform. Any changes will be effective upon the earliest of five (5) calendar days following our email or five (5) calendar days following our posting of the notice on our Platform. These changes will be effective immediately for new users of our Platform. Continued use of our Platform following notice of such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
